RETIREES
Dogs who have told us they are done running competitively earn a well deserved spot on the couch and get all the cuddles they can handle. They continue to go on shorter fun runs if they want to, and are invaluable for teaching puppies how to run and lead.
PUPPIES
Dogs who are under one year old and still just learning to be dogs! Puppies go on lots of adventures with me, learning about the world. Once they are 7 to 9 months old, they go on their first run and are "harness broken," and the next several runs focus on having fun and positive experiences since they are just learning how to be sleddogs. At a year old, their bodies are developed enough that they can join the main race team!

IN MEMORIAM
Dogs who have passed and earned their silver harness. They aren't here physically, but their legacy lives on in what they passed on to the team in teachings and genetics, and in the dog-shaped hole in my heart.
